I have NO complaints so far my experience with the service department is outstanding
During our 3700 mile family vacation our truck broke down pulling our fifth wheel rv. Joany helped us get back on the road within one day with a great deal on a new truck and hitch. To add to the great service they held on to our old truck for us to come back and pick up after our vacation. We are so thankful for all the help Joany, Brian and Chuck provided. I highly recommend the great staff.
The service department was a life saver. A wire broke which left our wipers to not turn off. They not only got us in right away but they were able to unplug my wiper motor as a temporary fix at no charge!
Such a breath of fresh air from bad experiences with different service departments. Will definitely be coming back.
I live in Spokane and usually by local but Jess had a deal I couldn't pass on. They offered to drive up and get me but I had a ride. When I got there, Wayne my salesman had everything in order, was knowlagble on how everything worked, financing was ready to go. Truck was washed and fueled up. No high pressure sales. Real nice and friendly people to work with.
Wayne followed up to make sure everything was going fine which it was.
Had my first service, made the appointment. when I got there they got me in right on time which was nice, serviced the truck as they should, did not try and upsell me on anything. While I was waiting the owner, Jim came out and asked how everything was going, we chatted for a while. Real nice guy and nice of him to care about his company. Truck was done ahead of schedule so I had time to have a beer and a burger at the Coug. Go see Wayne at Jess Ford, he will get you fixed up.
Jim Jess and Andrew Seamon made us a great deal on a used Ford Taurus. Their attentiveness to our needs helped us find the right car! Laurie Hart did a super job putting it all together for us in the business office. Thanks to them all!
My wife and I had an amazing experience! Andrew was truly the best! I want to call him a Car Assistant rather than a Car Salesman. Because that was exactly what he did. He assisted us in every way possible to help us get the vehicle we needed for our family. He wasn't pushy. And even took time after the dealership had closed to stay behind and show us the features of our car. And BOY were there a lot of them! As long as I live in the Palouse I will always go to Jess Ford for all my car needs as they are top notch. Thank you Andrew and Jim Jess for the best car buying experience we have ever had!
We have purchased 5+ vehicles from this dealership. I have been happy with all but one. It wasn't the dealerships fault I didn't like the car but they gave me some "perks" to make me happy. All of our purchases were low/no pressure. They found the cars we wanted when they didn't have them in their inventory.
Their service department always takes good care of my cars. Recently had an accident where my car was scratched during service and they were very sorry and accommodating. I got a loaner car and they took care of fixing the damage at a body shop of my choice. I even owned a Chevy (gasp!) at one point and they worked on it better than the Chevy dealer I got it from did. We are a Ford family and more specifically a Jess Ford family.
The owner is always around to talk to and everyone in there is friendly and helpful.

I really enjoyed my experience at Jess Ford.and thought they did a great job making sure I knew as much as possible about my vehicle. It had functions on there I didn't even know existed. I would definitely go back.

My wife and I, from Great Falls, Montana, were on an anniversary trip to Seattle when our car lost a brake pad. We were nearly 500 miles from home, young, broke and completely at the mercy of the service crew. Instead of taking total advantage of the situation, which most automotive places would have done, the entire staff jumped at the chance to help us out. They offered a number of different options in order to save us a few bucks, while at the same time, sent us on our way with a safe and repaired vehicle. To top it off, we drive Toyotas...I have nothing but good to say about Jess Ford.
